Kelan Yang

Kelan Yang is a costume designer based between San Diego and China, holding an MFA and BA from San Diego State University. She is a 2026 USITT Emerging Creatives Showcase exhibitor and an SDSU Outstanding Graduate. Her design work includes SpongeBob, the musical (Cygnet theatre), Tomorrow, The Island Dies (SDSU), Waiting For Godot (SDSU), and Six Characters in Search of an Author (SDSU), with additional assisting credits at SDSU and Cygnet Theatre.
